Stretching… Warm ups and Cool downs

This is of the upmost importance that before and after every single workout you do you need to perform both a warm up and a cool down these can consists of stretches and certain exercises. It doesnt matter whether or not you are not working out that part of your body you still need to perform the preffered warm up for it.

Follow this link and you will find very useful warm up stretches they can be used by anybody no matter how flexible you are just remember if you are not feeling a strain you are not stretching that muscle hard enough.
